This policy outlines how we handle the data of our delivery partners (Drivers). By registering, you agree to the collection of data necessary for safety, logistics, and payment processing.

            Location Transparency: We collect precise location data to calculate delivery fees, provide navigation, and allow customers to track their orders in real-time.
        

1. Information We Collect

Personal Identity: Full name, national ID, and driver’s license details.
Vehicle Information: Vehicle type, plate number, and insurance documentation.
Background Check: Criminal record checks and driving history (where legally permitted).
Real-Time Location: GPS coordinates while the app is in "Online" mode or running in the background.
Financial: Payout details and wallet transaction history.

2. Use of Location Data

Your location is used to:

Match you with the nearest vendor for an order pickup.
Estimate "Arrival Time" (ETA) for the customer.
Calculate the total distance traveled for fair compensation.
Ensure driver safety during late-night shifts.

3. Data Sharing

We share your First Name, Photo, and Vehicle Plate Number with the Customer and the Vendor once you accept an order. We never share your private contact number; communication is handled via in-app masking.

4. Data Retention

We keep your delivery logs for 12 months for tax and legal verification. Personal documents are encrypted and stored securely.
